Hareem Qureshi

A Filmmaker, Animator and Photographer

Hareem is a London-based British filmmaker, animator, and postgraduate researcher in Virtual Production. With a degree in Animation from the University of Westminster, she has built a dynamic career across the film and creative industries.

Her diverse experience includes roles as an Associate Producer, Assistant Director, Animator, Casting Assistant, Offline Editor, Voiceover Artist, and Actress.

Hareem has worked on numerous international productions, including as Associate Producer for the W for Woman advert featuring the renowned Anushka Sharma, and as Production Coordinator on feature films such as Son of Sardar 2 starring Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur, and Luck Lag Gae featuring Jawed Sheikh and Geetika Tiwari. Additionally, she contributed as Assistant Animator for the animated film The Last Garden, directed and animated by Eloise Jenninger at the National Film and Television School, UK, which was nominated for the BAFTA Student Awards 2024.

She is proficient in industry-standard tools along with web content editing, social media management, and maintaining databases.

Her recent project, Only Love Matters, a groundbreaking feature film, has garnered international acclaim and been featured on BBC and New York Weekly. The film is now streaming on Apple TV and available on Amazon Prime and iTunes.

Driven by a passion for storytelling and innovation, Hareem continues to explore the intersection of technology and creativity, pushing boundaries in the world of filmmaking and virtual production.

Associate Producer

Hareem has worked as an Associate Producer on various international productions, including the W for Woman advert featuring Anushka Sharma and as Production Coordinator on Son of Sarder 2 starring Ajay Devgan and Mrunal Thakur. She is currently a freelance Associate Producer for KQ Movies London.

Creative Director

Hareem has served as a Creative Director for Brentford Studios and Indo-UK Film Company, specialising in cross-cultural projects that blend Indian and British cinema. It produces films, documentaries, and commercials that highlight diverse narratives and foster industry collaboration.

Animator

Hareem holds an Animation degree from the University of Westminster and was Assistant Animator on The Last Garden, nominated in long-listed for the 2024 BAFTA Student Awards.

Assistant Director

As an Assistant Director, she served on Only Love Matters, now streaming on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and iTunes. Also on international productions like Luck Lag Gae, featuring Jawed Sheikh.
